The Brand

Records show that in 1897, their founders secured the first shipment of sherry casks from the finest bodegas in Spain. Now 125 years later, Tamdhu matures its whisky exclusively in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. 100% sherry oak matured from beginning to end. Nothing less as we believe this style creates the finest single malt Scotch whisky.

Discover how this meticulous approach is an important part of the tapestry of Tamdhu. From our ambitious beginnings, all the way to the craftsmen who instil their passion into every drop today.
