Joshua Habursky serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Premium Cigar Association (PCA). His distinguished academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College, a Master of Arts in American Government from Georgetown University, a Certificate in Business and Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.

Before his tenure at PCA, Mr. Habursky held significant roles such as Assistant Vice President of Advocacy at the Independent Community Bankers of America. He managed grassroots programs at both the American Diabetes Association and the American Motorcyclist Association. In recognition of his contributions to the cigar industry, he was honoured with the Prime Time Award for 2024 Person of the Year by the Cigar Coop Coalition.

The Premium Cigar Association, established in 1933 as the Retail Tobacco Dealers of America, stands as the foremost authority and advocate for the premium cigar and pipe retailer industry. Dedicated to the prosperity of brick-and-mortar premium tobacconists, the PCA offers its members a wealth of resources, including business support, advocacy, education, and year-round purchasing opportunities. The association's annual trade show is a hallmark event, attracting thousands of attendees from over 25 countries and featuring more than 250 manufacturers of premium cigars, pipes, and accessories.
